Love! Honestly, I just didn't want to get out into the frigid air tonight, so I used the service for the first time. Online ordering is super simple, and I received my food in about 35 minutes. I will be using this service a ton. Maybe I will hibernate for the rest of winter and have you guys be my source of nutrition. Let's get a grocery delivery service going too, that would be great.
Just had our order delivered. Still hot and our delivery driver (Chris) was awesome. Thank you so much for this service! Glad to have more options than just pizza!!
Fast and friendly service. Food was still warm. Great service to have!
Order was wrong. Missing several of our sides. No offer to compensate for the botched order. Basically paid for quite a bit of food that we didn't receive. Not likely to use this service again.
The food was good and on time but even though we requested a pickle and side sauce with every sandwich, none were included. It was nice not to have to drive across town but we were bummed not to have pickles and sauce with our sandwiches.
I love Chef Shuttle. The service has never been longer than the estimated time. And the drivers are nice.
The concept is wonderful, however the hidden tip added to a group ordered is not so great. I cancelled a fairly large order once I realized I was being charge an automatic 10% tip because I was the admin of the group order. I called and was told that it is in fact not listed on their site but they do charge it.
On time, perfect on the order, friendly delivery - WILL DEFINITELY use again!!!
