I thought they had a great selection of restaurants, plenty for my family to choose from. They made it in the time they said they were too arrive and the food was so hot and fresh! Very impressed!
We just ordered for the first time using Chef Shuttle and we will definitely be doing so again! Our food arrived 15 minutes earlier than the estimated time and was piping hot, delicious and our order was all correct. The delivery driver was super friendly! Great option for days like today with questionable weather in the area and not wanting to venture out with the kids!
If I could give no stars I would. I will never use this service again. I'm currently waiting on my food at 8:30pm that was supposed to be here at 7:50pm. This has happened multiple times! Called the number and they tell me the driver hasn't even gotten to the restaurant yet. No phone call, no update. And now I'm stuck waiting around on food I'm not going to eat and they won't issue a refund. Food still warm wen arrived good restaurant selection
I've been ordering from Chef Shuttle for a year and a half at least twice a week. Service is good, food is usually cold but I can deal with that because it's always good. It seems like they would send repeat customers coupons or give discounts. I love the convenience but would appreciate good customer recognition.
