We have given Chef Shuttle several chances & have really wanted it to be a good service. When it started it WAS great. Unfortunately we have ordered 4-5 times in the last 6 months and have had ONE of our orders delivered to us correctly. WE ARE DONE. Especially when the only option after they mess up the order is to wait at least another hour for the food to be delivered. I don't know if they have grown too fast or what but we won't be using them again.
I live 6 miles from Conway but y'all won't deliver to my house. Really sucks because I'm a SAHM and would order all the time just so I don't have to get my kids out.
I have been a big fan of chef shuttle and have used the service multiple times. While I have had a couple of issues, they have always gone above and beyond to fix it. Tonight however, when I tried to order for mother's day, my delivery time said 11:30 p.m. When I called them, I was basically told not to order anything because they didn't have enough drivers to handle the demand. I ordered through Chef Shuttle for the first time this past weekend. The food was hot and arrived sooner than expected. I will definitely use them again!
Only ordered one time. The service was great. They were even early. Steak I ordered was just how I ordered it, a perfect med. rare. Great service.
This is such a FABULOUS service!! I am satisfied every time I use them! Great people throughout the whole company!
I'm pleased, as always. My food arrived on time, almost to the minute. I love the growing list of restaurant options.
We had two wait over two hours to get our food. On top of that they didn't send my wife's salad and sent me the wrong dish altogether. I'll just go pick up my own food in the future, chef shuttle isn't worth the trouble. It's almost always slow but if we have to wait two hours and can't get the right food it's pointless.
