Waited an hour and 9 minutes to be informed the restaurant had closed early. Also, every other time, they have a problem with my card on their end.
Every time I order from Chef Shuttle I get a phone call telling me that my order is running behind. I have come to expect to that it is going to be 30 minutes later than the already hour and a half time they quote me when I place the order.
I always get a call saying my food is going to be late, which it usually ends up being 2+ hours late. The only reason I'm still using is because I can't leave my job.
My most recent order was delivered early! I use Chef Shuttle a lot. The website is user friendly and the staff are always super nice!
Have used Chef Shuttle in Fayetteville and here in Little Rock since they started the company. Love it!!! Great service and food arrives like you are eating it in the restaurant.
I wanted to update my review. We had a problem on Valentine's day, but they handled it very professionally. I will gladly keep doing business with them and look forward to their new software they are coming out with in the future!
The past few times we've ordered through Chef Shuttle have been good bordering on exceptional. Today, however, I placed an order at about 12 and am told the delivery will be by 2, plus or minus 15 minutes. That's fine. I then get a call at 130 saying the food will be delayed an additional hour and a half to 2 hours? That is ridiculous. Waiting 4 hours for some lunch is unacceptable.
