As a convenience, they are fine...but if you are ill, or cannot get food another way, you don't dare depend on them. Their service has gone downhill to the point that you can no longer depend on the food you order actually arriving. This has happened multiple times with ChefShuttle (now Bite Squad), but never with any of their competitors.
I am very sad about the service since bite squad took over Chef Shuttle. We ordered food and the time was delayed by 2 hours! Really, 2 hours?? That is a significant shift for food. Sorry that we can't depend on you.
Bite squad does not service Cabot anymore now that they purchased Chef Shuttle.
I have been a loyal customer for years and now that this other company has taken over, delivery is no longer offered to me. At least warn the baby before you take it's candy. Shame.
Ever since Bitesquad took over, I can no longer place an order due to no longer being within delivery range. I wasn't always the biggest fan of Chef Shuttle, but it was definitely convenient on nights I didn't want to get out or make dinner myself.
This is the first time we've ordered since chef shuttle partnered with bite Squad. The food was on time, but wrong. We ordered two meals but only received one and that one was missing over half the items it was supposed to have. We will use meal on the fly from now on.
We have used chef shuttle many times, but now that bite squad is involved they 'no longer service our area'... when I say our area let me make it VERY CLEAR that we are VERY CLOSE to the main strip in town. I am literally five minutes away from some of the places I order from and now I'm too far away to be serviced?! Are you kidding me right now? I've been a loyal customer since the beginning. Now that bite squad has come into the picture, most of my favorite restaurants are no longer listed. And what's with the outrageous delivery prices on some of the restaurants? Yeah...thanks for the $15 off since I'd be spending most of it on the delivery fee. No thank you. You've lost my business.
Now that Bite Squad has taken over a majority of the restaurants that serviced my area are no longer listed. I got a coupon for $15 off emailed to me so I thought I'd try one of the restaurants that is listed for my area. I try to order and it says that my address is "out of range." Seriously??? I live literally 5 minutes away from the restaurant I was trying to order from! Having a baby at home sometimes it's just easier to have food delivered than to try to go pick it up or go out to eat.
