RecommendedAali was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Wasn’t pushy on buying a car right away. I mostly went in to test drive and do research on some Passat TDI’s and looked at a Jetta GLI. Ended up liking the GLI and buying it later at a different location. But she helped me realize how much I liked it! 5 stars from me. ⭐️
Had a 1000am appt. opted for less work and still did not get our car back until 400pm. Never going back.
Sold my husband a (certified, pre owned with a warranty) car that leaks oil. However volkswagon finds that to be acceptable. They told told him to add a quart every 1,000 miles. That is the most assanine thing I have ever heard. And now checkered flag won't help either, nor will they buy the car back for trade in value BECAUSE of this issue. Although, vw claims its not an issue. Also, in order to even figure out the problem we had to put an unneeded 1,500 miles on the vehicle. Buyer beware!!!!!!! Apparently this is a common ... read more
