Jay Pichardo was great helping my wife and I buy our new GTI!! Parts department is also super friendly and has a few enthusiasts employed which is great! Today Jay Prichard is my hero! He is on staff at Checkered Flag VW. My 77 year old mother went to purchase her first car since being widowed. Jay went above and beyond all expectations to help her out. My mom suffers from a rare form of vasculitis which has affected her hearing and airway. Communicating, for her, has become very difficult.
