Just purchased my first Volkswagen on Friday night. Love the Atlas Cross Sport! The entire buying process with Checkered Flag was great. We started out with Ryan about a month ago when we first looked at the Atlas Cross Sport. He was very helpful. We went back Friday night but Ryan was busy. Not having a good experience after purchasing a new vehicle
Dissatisfaction with this dealership Casey Imports definitely made me much more happy you all refused to give me a loaner car for 2 recalls. Casey however made sure I was satisfied and gave me a loaner I do not recommend checkered flag VW

Just purchased the Tiguan and I absolutely love it. This was my first time buying a car and Jay was so thorough and knowledgeable which made the process so much easier! He didn’t pressure me and made sure I knew all my options. All the staff members were so welcoming and friendly and I’m so happy to be apart of the VW family!

We bought a 2020 Tiguan and had the best service and no pushy salespeople in our face. we primarily dealt with Ryan and Gabby. They were both very friendly and accommodating with us and our son. So happy with our new car!!
We purchased a vehicle a month ago and were told by two different people the vehicle would get 4 new tires. We waited at the dealership all day only to get home and realize only 3 tires were new. We have called multiple times, told they'd get back to us, then no call back. I have also called to cancel the vehicle warranty we purchased and to get a new temp tag before it expires this week but messages are taken and no call is returned.
