I am a veteran of 20 years and I received the worst customer service at the service department I have ever experienced. My car was in for maintenance and 8 days later my jeep is not fixed.
Service department is on time. Employees are excellent at their jobs and very polite. I enjoy being there AND they Always do an amazing job!
I purchased a used BRZ from Jada at the Pomoco Used Car Center. They gave me excellent trade in value for my Subaru Crosstrek and Jada was extremely helpful in the buying process. It took less than 3 hours start to finish from the time I drove on the lot with my Crosstrek, to the time I drove off the lot with my new-to-me BRZ. That's unheard of... I just wanted to say, Get Well Melissa!!! So the Service Department can get up and running again! We were in yesterday for a routine oil change, and also wanted to buy some accessories for the truck, like step up bars, floor mats and something else......... Well, we were told that Melissa was out sick, and she was the only one who could handle this. Really?!
