Avoid this dealership and it's service department like a plague! Tim lacks integrity and the service manager was quick to alibi for him. Held my car truck for six days...zero work done...lied when I called to check status...falsely annotated paperwork to reflect refusal of service. Save yourself the headache...visit Williamsburg Dodge!

Just had our 16 year-old car detailed there. Great job, and great customer service especially by Rosean Kemp who took care of all the details when we checked in Tuesday morning. Rosean was friendly, courteous and really knew his job. As a business owner myself, it is refreshing to see good people go out of their way to help customers.
Got my oil changed and my Jeep was loud as hell when I drove off. All of a sudden, my muffler had a hole in it. I wonder how it got there... It was fine before it went to this dealership...
