I am not sure this is the right place to write a review of the used car dealership but what a RUDE used car manager. They did not take my offer that was 10% less which is their prerogative. They wanted full price asking price for their truck no negotiation . I drove 125 miles to look at this truck and another. He tried to take me to his office to show me I was wrong (used car salesman pushy, fits the mold) I might have negotiated a little more but told him I did not have time if I need to look at another truck. POMOCO Dodge of Newport News, thanks for the incompetent service I drove all the way there from Williamsburg to service a recall and then you have the nerve to tell me that the part isn't there! You really need to work on your customer service. It seams like whoever schedule the appointment would have checked to see if the part was there.

Tim (on the Red team) in service is awesome. My husband and I were on vacation and noticed we had a serious problem with a caliper on one of our wheels that had to be addressed immediately. My husband called Tim who told him to bring it in immediately and they'd do what they could to get it fixed. They set us up with a rental after examining the issue and telling us it would be 2 days before the parts would come in. Bought my car here and received excellent service along with many different finance options.
