Went in Oct to get window repair. Said it wasn't covered, but it was. I find out they never called warranty co. Went back, now warranty expired and they want me to pay $471 for their mistake. Ugghh. Pomoco of Hampton. Never been to Pomoco of N. N

So my husband and I went to get our oil changed on our truck, we talked to a gentlemen and he directed us to the rudest woman I've ever encountered in customer service! She told us she was doing price checks and rudely asked us what we wanted. My husband said I'm just here for an oil change very polite and she said it was an 1hr 30 min wait which was fine but she said "give me your keys then" extremely rude! Stopped in for a headlight out on our Dodger Charger, they did a diagnostic and replaced the headlight. We were out of there in less than an hour and for under $15.00 with no appointment! Thank you!!
Too bad there isn't a lower category. I have always had the return at least once after any work was done. Seems they can't get it right the first time, even though the first time is very costly. Be sure and get a second opinion.
