I had a great experience here. It didn't take them very long to service my vehicle and I had excellent service from everyone involved during my appointment there.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership since 2008 when I first moved to Newport News. The level of professionalism and respect to customers, at least to me is always top notch. My recent purchase of a 2017 Ram was great. Not only did I get an awesome deal but the staff, specially my salesman Mr. Wiseman made sure I was being taken care of throughout the entire process. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and my experience with Pomoco of NN and will continue to be a loyal customer.
Have to give a big huge thank you to Jeff in the blue team for going above and beyond to get my truck fixed in one day and getting me back on the road!! I will definitely be using them again in the future!!
