Their service department is on the best I’ve ever dealt with. I just purchased a 2109 Cherokee back in January, this is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from them.
Get better people in their service department.
I went with my dad and he bought a car from Pomoco and had a wonderful experience with them. Great prices and he was in and out way quicker than what I am used to seeing at other dealers in the past. Totally recommend Pomoco in Newport News.
Great friendly environment
Bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee new off the lot in November 2017. It goes into my local Jeep dealership next week for its fourth warranty related issue. I’ve made phone calls and asked to be contacted in attempt for any sort of support on this for the inconvenience it has caused me and I get slim or no response. I will never shop or recommend any friends or family shop at this dealership again.

I am very pleased with the whole buying process of this 2018 Jeep trackhawk I purchased at this dealership. Kevin worked with me when other Jeep dealers laughed at me as I walked in with my work clothes. The whole staff was super friendly and treated me with the upmost respect. Took Durango in for a new door handle. It’s warranty work, simple right? Nope not here. First visit they say we’ll order it. Take back a week later for install. Nope ordered wrong part. Told to just bring it back next week. Who’s got time for this??
