What's the point of a service appointment if your vehicle isn't even touched for almost an hour past appointment time?
I highly recommend Pomoco! It’s well worth the drive from surrounding areas. The staff is friendly but not overly pushy like at most dealerships. You won’t feel like fresh meat when you get out of your car there. They are also very responsive to internet questions and emails.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!
They kept my sons jeep from July 1st until July 22nd for an inspection, ac check & recall issue. when I went to get the jeep, they had lost the key & ot took 4 days to make a new one. I'm not sure if I want to even mention my van that they've have since June 25th, perhaps when I have time.
