RecommendedMy wife wanted to buy a Pacifica and the salesmen were better than A-OK, make that "Super", by my measure. Not pushy, very helpful, very candid. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would not return my calls when they had my Jeep for over a week. Called me 4 months later to try to get me to pay an invoice that was covered by warranty. And the battery they put in died after three months. I would not take a car there if my life depended on it.
Listen to customer and don’t keep saying you can’t come in without a mask.

Took my challenger to this dealership for some work and they were nice at first then when I got back home and noticed a dime size dent on my driver side with yellow paint inside the dent and a 3 inch long scratch. I immediately called and they responded I sent a picture of the damage to see what we could do. I made an appointment a week ago for an oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep, which I purchased here. I was 30 minutes early and all the service reps were busy.
