We bought a used Toyota van from the checkered flag outlet. After about a week I had a mechanical issue. After having some seriously poor customer service from other dealerships in the area I was expecting the same run-around from them. Instead, they fit me in immediately, after listening to my concerns. They also fixed the issue on my van faster then I expected and gave me a free loaner for the day. Fantastic experience! Paul and Michael helped me out. They were great to work with. No haggling or going back and forth on price just straight forward. They worked to get me best possible deal and it wasn't an easy task. I had to downsize my vehicle but was upside down on my truck, I let them know what I needed and they made it happen. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had the most amazing Product Specialist at Checkered Flag Toyota! Her name is Crystal Weston! She was more than happy to show us numerous cars and walked with us throughout the whole lot to make sure we found just the right one. She even looked up other Toyota cars in the area that we could swap for. If you get a new car at Checkered Flag Toyota, you must ask for her. She is super personable, helpful, nice....just a joy to have in your corner when getting your next car! A++++++!
