After the brake fluid service, they did not put the brake fluid cap back. So my wife and 2 kids has been driving car for 6 months without a brake fluid cap. You can leave the oil cap or radiator cap by accident but your not suppose to ignore a brake fluid cap as our lives depend on it.
The best possible company to buy from in the area. Destroys the competition in every aspect!!! From the great salesmen i worked with, Robery Conway, Anthony Bider, and Jim Bowman.. to the Sales Managers Mike Allen and Mike Wood. This place is classy. The general manager Josh Hamilton even brought me a new key chain and free cup of coffee. Jim Mcnutt, and Tegen Titus helped me finalize an extended warranty and Mike Alfier printed up all the ppw. I didnt know i could have my cake and eat it too!!! Ty Checkered Flag!!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Every single time our 2012 highlander goes in for service, they tell us everything is fine and a new problem and light come on before we even make it home. Been here 4 times in the past month and have paid way too much money. You would think Toyota car mechanics would be able to fix their own cars but apparently not! They only cause more problems. If I could rate a -stars I would and as soon as I get my car back I will be sending letters to any and every one who will listen.. I am disappointed in the lack of communication the people in the body shop have. I took my car for repairs only because I absolutely love the service department. But I am so sorry to say I will not at any time be doing any business with this dealership in its entirety bases on one extermely bad experience... is it so much to ask for a status update or date of when repairs will be completed. I made an appointment for state inspection @ 7:30am on a Tuesday morning, and said I would be waiting for my vehicle. I arrive at 7:30am, I'm told the wait will be up to 2 hours. When I ask why it's going to take that long I'm told "because the first technician doesn't come in until 8am". I ask why they scheduled the appointment for 7:30am and he says "I don't know." So I wait and @ 9am the guy comes out with a list worth $2000 of things that need to be fixed...whether that's true I'll find out when I take it for a second op... read more
