My last visit to Checkered Flag Toyota was an extremely pleasant experience. A few weeks prior, I purchased a newly (used) vehicle and one of the tires had defect. I was concerned about getting the tire replaced, fees that may be incurred, and the time frame to which the vehicle could be repaired. I just want to say thank you so much to Robert Rosser! He was absolutely wonderful! I am completely head-over-heels in love with my 2005 Toyota Matrix. He was the first person (after having been to so many different places) with a list of car prices and didn't pressure me into anything. Service dept sucks. Took our Avalon in for service. Headed out of town and had to turn around and come back. The repair work was not done properly. This detour put us six hours behind schedule and ruined the whole day...and not even an apology. And it's still doesn't drive right.
