We had GREAT service from Erika in the sales department today. She was a great help on getting us in a 2016 RAV 4 today. Both my husband and I bought our vehicles from checkered flag. While we had a good experience with the purchase of the vehicles, the service department has been nothing but a pain. For example , today may husband had an apt at 730am. When we hadn't heard anything by 1pm, he called and his truck wasn't even looked at till 1pm. My husband talked to 3 different people and got no remorse, clarification or apology., but only excuses. What's the point of an apt if it doesn't get anything done in a responsible timeframe. Traded in my truck and bought a used car from Demario and Checkered Flag and had a fantastic experience. I love the new "no haggle" pricing and the "no commission" staff. Demario was great to work with. He was very professional and took care of everything for us including making us a great cup of hot chocolate!! I have not bought a new car for some time. So, I worried about the stories I have heard of sales people being too aggressive and pushy. That worry went away after being greeted by Chas from Checkered Flag Toyota. He was concerned about my needs and was very knowledgeable about the car he was selling.
