Great customer service. I love my Mercedes I bought there. 2 weeks after I bought it a car hit my car in the rear. I took it there to get it repaired. They had it ready in just a few hours. Looked like it did the day I bought it.

There is customer service and there is mind blowing customer service. Long Mercedes has a fan for life! They worked with me long distance, I am in NY, they offered the lowest price and, when all other options failed, they flew a technician to pick up my car and deliver it to my driveway. That is above and beyond!
