WASHINGTON RESIDENT AVOLVE THIS DEALERSHIP like it’s the viral plague. The dealership will not sell to WA residents regardless, they are highly discriminatory toward the LGBTQ+ community. I was speaking with someone on the phone, and nothing came out of their mouth that would be supportive of a sale if my life dependent on it. AVOID THE DEALERSHIP if you are looking for a Volvo.

The service department has done nothing but waste my time and money. Car was low miles, under warranty and they can’t fix the AC the hottest summer on record. Keep saying it’s something different, a leak, compressor the next time. Why wouldn’t they check before sending me off 2 times. Third time in 45 days they expect me to drive 90 minutes each way 2x, can’t tell me how long it will be.
