My wife and I bought a used 2014 Suburban from Long s few days before going on vacation and had mentioned to them the importance of a safe reliable road car. Recall Service was prompt and completed as expected. Mary Beth was very easy to work with and provided all that we needed to understand our services needed. Car was returned clean and in great shape.
I took my car for Manufacturer Recall of airbag; dealership took excellent care keeping me informed and also included a complementary car wash which was definitely needed. Dan was my service advisor. I would recommend this dealership.
The staff was very nice and polite not a very long wait looking forward to next year.
On 02/14/2020 I took my 2016 CLA 250 for service. Problem#1- I made an appointment 1 week prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was advised that they had no idea I was going to have my vehicle serviced. They advised me that they did not have me scheduled to have service done. Problem#2- I advised them that I had 3 problems that I needed fixed on my vehicle. Number 1, I needed to have my brakes and rotors changed. Awesome experience, Torri was great she met us outside and walked with us through the whole process. We had a few hiccups on our part but she just keep buzzing along! It is great to see great people at a great dealership!
