I bought my Volvo out of state. Hopping my move to Tennessee after the death of my wife would prove to be a welcome change and I would experience some of that southern hostatity. But don't look for it at Long of Volvo. Because I wasn't his customer, he had no time for me, (the sales manager). I can say this. I am so happy to know that if that is how the company treats its prospective customers, I will NEVER purchase any of my future vehicles from Long of anything. This is my 4th vehicle from Long. They make ever effort to satisfy my needs.
No follow up on promises made on their part. Makes you do all of the running around! Dealership is responsible for providing you 2 key fobs upon purchase. I received only 1! It has been an epic nightmare in resolving this issue. Friendly until they receive your signature and money...then you are a non-entity! Not friendly and piece meal promises made.....could care less about you other than John Rose...service manager. BUYER BEWARE!
