I love this place. The front desk staff is hit or miss but everyone else is amazing. Dr. Jeremy Bruce is compassionate and knowledgeable. He is wise in knowing his limits and referred me to Dr. Higgins because my hip issue was so complicated. Dr. Higgins was amazing as well. I have to have surgery soon and I trust I am in good hands.
Used the walk in clinic today for a hard cast. Had xrays in hand and soft cast on. Just needed a soft cast replacement with a hard cast. We sat from 9:27 to 1:23. The last 30 minutes of the visit we seen the nurse practitioner and had a cast put on. Just felt like another number to them. The nurse practitioner came in with cell phone in hand telling me probably 10 times in 5 minutes that she was expecting a call she would HAVE to take. The lady who did the cast was GREAT.
From the staff to the doctor himself, my mother was treated dismissively and patronized. It was evident they viewed her as just a stupid old woman not worth their time. She was given no instructions on how to treat her injured knee and just ushered out the door since it was "mostly arthritis", desite the MRI showing three ligament tears. I am furious at the way she was treated at this office and she will be getting a second opinion from someone more competent and compassionate.
The wait here is ridiculous plus with it being a walk in clinic you'd figure they'd go in order by the check in but they don't. Still sitting in the lobby after 2 hours now.
They are wonderful Dr David Bruce and Dr Lund are the best
