Employees are rude and unprofessional. Won’t return messages. Wouldn’t let me go in with my son to discuss 2 MRI results and discuss possible surgery the dr. Would never recommend this office and will be transferring ASAP.

These people couldn’t be more rude.. The lady at the front desk on the left side is the rudest individual I’ve met in an office setting. Also, whoever brought me back to the room and the MA who spoke to me are incredibly ridiculous. They don’t listen to you when you speak so I had to tell them 6 times that this is not a workman’s comp case. I know it’s Monday, but this is just crazy... I’m new to Chattanooga and would much rather go somewhere else.
customer service is horrible, wait time is 3 to 4 hours they wouldn't let you make appointment. staff rude and unprofessional.
I enjoyed my visit to their Office today. Doctor Ingram did my surgery when I had to go to the Emergency Room on my knees. I really liked my check up visit. Because he explained everything to me and my choices that were available to me Explains. And seem to be sincere about your problems. And after I got home and they told me that this was the Dad had talked so much about. And he liked him also . And I like going to someone who listens to you. And will take the time to make sure that you understand everything.
