Total knee replacement by Dr Jeremy Bruce. 5 weeks and 5 days later did the Komen 5k walk. He is the best. If you need a kind thoughtful surgeon he is the one. Provides his opinion and allows you to decide. Doesn't rush to surgical options until needed.
I've been seeing Jeremy Bruce for a knee injury and thought very highly of him. Today I see him for a shoulder issue. I learned more than I expected after taking in previous testing, imaging etc.... He looked over it all right then & explain to me what's going on along with what all my options are. As well as what he could do to fix the problem. That's why I think of them very highly. The level of service is horrid. I had a 1PM appointment and it is now 3:20PM and I still haven't seen the doctor. No explanations when I asked. No heads up when I checked in to let me know that it's going to be hours before I see anyone. I can't even rate the actual doctor because I have seen them yet. How is this acceptable practice? I was finally seen just short of three hours from my appointment time. The reason that was given is that they are a walk in clinic also. They do not prioritize appointment times in any way. I have seen Dr. David Bruce for various issues since 2004. He has operated on my shoulder and ankle. He is completely transparent, explains what is going on, and genuinely cares. He wants to help you get better. His nurse Lashelle is awesome too!
