Verified Renter Great area, quiet community but grounds are not cleaned. Trash for poop bags always overflow with bags being left on the ground. Only one maintenance man is reliable.

Verified Renter Very quiet and peaceful community. Maintenance tickets are resolved in a timely manner. I’m only giving 4 stars because my bathroom and kitchen are severally outdated.

Verified Renter recently moved in and I am enjoying the apartment. The move-in went smoothly and Dasia is great. I think we are going to like it here. I can’t wait to get in the pool and try out the grills.

Verified Renter Good community. Some apartments need some updating and apartments that are updated the cosmetic look rushed. Half of the apartments are redone on the outside and the other half is not. Which makes it look weird

Verified Renter It wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the worst either. We had a lot of maintenance request which I feel the rent is entirely too high to have had some of those issues.
