Verified Renter I was very happy when I moved on but the community and neighborhood has changed and not for the better in my opinion. It’s more dirty now. No one cleans up after their dog. The gym equipment is broken. The tennis court got taken.

Verified Renter Great service , the workers are always nice, issues get solved in a timely manner. Nice and quiet area. All the residents in my circle are kind. As long as I’ve been here it has not been any crime. The whole community is kept clean. I love it here

very frustrated with the lack of responsiveness re... very frustrated with the lack of responsiveness regarding maintenance issues. have reached out several times for same issue and all I get back is "its being reviewed" no actual contact about when it will be fixed. I have even walked over to the leasing office to follow up in addition to asking for the property manager to contact me. still no response

We’re not getting maintenance’s services in a time... We’re not getting maintenance’s services in a timely manner. They Haven’t made good on promise made before move in. I feel like our needs and concerns are overlooked and unimportant to management. I’m hoping for better and more timely responses going forward.

When I moved in, the apartment was nice and cozy b... When I moved in, the apartment was nice and cozy but the toilet wasn’t ready, the ice maker didn’t work and there were blinds missing in the bedroom.

My overall experience has been pretty good. I rea... My overall experience has been pretty good. I really love the floor plan layout of the apt. I do wish however, that I was able to view the apt prior to providing the deposits as I would have preferred a more updated unit. The cabinets in the apts are very dated and in bad shape, the vanity lights in the bathroom don't have fixtures, only the bulbs and the ice maker doesn't work.
