Almost three weeks ago, I sent in a request to get my dryer vent fixed- apparently it was cleaned without my knowledge. The maintenance workers took almost two weeks to report to my apartment and replace it- except the dryer still doesn't work. I've reported this again- and they've had the nerve to say they've completed the request without coming back in my apartment. The dryer was never even touched since that last visit. Verified Renter Great landscaping. Nice neighbors. Great area. Lots of places nearby to shop and eat. Close to the interstate. Move in was nice and easy. I haven’t been here very long but the neighbors I’ve met so far are very happy

Verified Renter We've had a few issues here and there with moving in and things in our apartment, but everyone from maintenance to front office has been very helpful in amending these problems! It's a great apartment complex so far!

Verified Renter Grounds are always kept up to part, clean and very neat. Most of the neighbors are very quiet, speak and keep to themselves. I've noticed as the neighbors are walking there pets , they clean up behind them.

Verified Renter Just moved in but everyone has been very sweet, welcoming, and helpful. There have been a few minor things to be fixed after our move and the office staff have been attentive in our feedback and have kept us updated in when to expect repairs. Overall our environment is much better and happier than where we just moved from.
