You get what you pay for Ive been here 4mos and looking for someone else to live. There are roaches in my apartment and even though Orkin has been coming there are still roaches. I can hear every step my neighbor's make over me, the windows are so bad it sounds like there open, dog park smells like pee so I can’t open window, and maintenance dont leave a note when they come in your apartment. And again there are ROACHES!!

Verified Renter So far Chase has been great! Spacious, plenty storage, and a maintenance man who maintenance. I have came across a few problems but one thing I can say is anything I request to be fix gets a response and gets fixed.
