Verified Renter When ever I have an issue, the staff takes care of things right away. When I first moved in I had numerous issues. I almost lost my patience but they handled everything. Most recently my refrigerator failed. I went to the office and Dasia contacted maintenance and took care of it.

Verified Renter I just moved in a few weeks ago, so I do not have much to say but the neighborhood is really nice and I have enjoyed it so far.They are also very dog friendly and I love that my dog has a place to play there.

Verified Renter Everything is super great, nice environment. The leasing officie is super helpful. Maintenance is a bit off it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get an issue resolved .

Verified Renter Doors are still not painted trash. People are not picking up after their dogs. A letter need to be sent out to neighbors as being Considerate neighbor with the loud noises, banging, loud music kids run up and down the hallway

Verified Renter Mouse infestation in my apartment since 7/2023. Please keep in mind that I moved in 4/2023. Being from the country, I lived in a field on the first floor, & I have never experienced as many mice there as I do here. I lived there for 15 yrs & experienced only 1 mouse as opposed to living here for one year and 6 months and having caught at least 10 mice.
