I’ve been happy to call Chase Lea home since 2020 ... I’ve been happy to call Chase Lea home since 2020 and am approaching another renewal. Not sure if I just lucked up on the right building, but it is very quiet and peaceful. My maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. My one complaint is my kitchen and bathroom counters and cabinets are severely outdated.
At first it started off sort of rough and then beg... At first it started off sort of rough and then begin to smooth out. The staff were now communicating with each other in regards to us applying for residency @ Chase Lea Apt homes. We’re starting to feel like we have found a nice and quiet place we can call home for now. Some things in Apt need to be repaired or replaced…the apt manager has promised that these issues will be resolved ASAP!
The complex has great design with exterior and int... The complex has great design with exterior and interior. Been here 4 yrs. Had some maintenance challenges, but improvement has occurred and all is well. Staff is responsive and encourage resident comradery.
I like my apartment. It's fairly quiet..changes as... I like my apartment. It's fairly quiet..changes as residents move in and out. The amenities are decent, Maintenance requests are hit or miss...sometimes I have to submit an additional request or walk over to the office to follow up. Front desk is pleasant. For the life of me, I can't understand why some residents can't put their trash IN the dumpster. Pet fee is outrageous. Overall no major complaints. Pleased with residency.

It’s been pretty good this far. Whenever I put in ... It’s been pretty good this far. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they handle it within that week. I love the fact that they updated the siding outside, to keep it looking fresh.
