Dont Move In!!!! DONT MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT. This winter maintenance put my heat on emergency heat mode and my heating pump was in POOR INSUFFICIENT condition based on a full analysis by BGE. This caused my heat bill to be over 1200 for 2 months. I reached out to the property manager to reconcile the bill but didn’t receive a response until i ccd corporate weeks later on the email. Honest Review I lived here for about a year and here is honest review for this apartment complex. 1. Apartment are over priced and not value for money. There is an additional $ 50 - 100 fees on top of base rent for trash, water and sewage. There is $ 250 facility fees that they charge you on the time of moving for maintenance of gym, swimming pool and Tennis court. Then there is also $ 250 carpet cleaning fees when you move out - no matter how clean the carpet is. I had my carpet professionally cleaned and I was still charge... read more
Not luxurious at all I recently moved into Chase Lea Apartments and the apartment was flithy. Apparently this is a common thing at this complex as I noticed previous tenants complaining about their apartments being flithy as well. There was a clump of hair on my patio. None of the door handles especially the patio door handle was clean. They repainted over dirt in the bathroom instead of replacing the damaged items. For example, a shelf in the second walk in closet is falling down. Instead of fixing it, they painted over it.... read more

Very nice Just moved in and I find the layout and space of the apartment very nice.
Love this place Warm friendly staff who are always there for you. Spacious luxury apartments with high ceilings, huge livings room & dining area. Large bathrooms, lots of closet space. This is a must see!!!!
