Verified Renter Pretty Quiet, no problems there. Old appliances for the price. Maintenance is great when actually performing the work , however, leading up to that point is a real issue and break in communication. The rental office is just as much of a joke as maintenance.

She was able to answer all of the questions that I had. The application process until it was time to move in was smooth, plus they give a welcome home gift. I love it here.

Verified Renter The community as a whole is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. The only downside is that the floors are a little thin. Other than that, the apartment is beautiful and the maintenance team is really quick to come out and handle anything that goes wrong.

Verified Renter Good and safe community, but can be frustrating getting maintenance work done after moving in to an apartment and the contractors don’t do the best with construction and painting. Emergency and one-off maintenance requests are dealt with quickly, and maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
