The cabin nightmare! I booked directly on their website just a few days ago. Imagine my frustration when they called just two hours before check-in, cancelling my reservation! Apparently, they'd double-booked and decided to keep the Airbnb reservation over mine. Instead of enjoying the area, I spent the next few hours scrambling for a new place to stay - not exactly ideal when we were about to arrive! To top it off, they said I'd get a refund within 24 hours, but my money was tied up for an entire week. Total nightmare!
