Bought my vehicle there last year wonderful staff and their maintenance work is great as well
Drove 2 hours to get my 2014 Wrangler serviced. Had a radiator leak that a previous dealer had failed to fix. They replaced the radiator and now it leaks even more. Have to keep a gallon of antifreeze in the car. They keep asking me if I am sure it is the antifreeze?? What??? I asked them to come pick it up and fix it since I cannot take a day off to drive down and deal with this and they say no. I just found out a loved one bought a vehicle through this dealership 4 months ago and the vehicle threw a timing chain. The dealership refused to pay for the repair of the engine. After a few calls, one of which a service member hung up on her, they absolutely refused to assist in this repair. I have seen other dealerships repair a vehicle in this kind of situation. Another excellent experience! My kids are the 3rd generation of Charlie's customers. No dickering, fair allowance for trade-in and consistant sales staff are the keys. Thanks for making my dislike for trading way more than bareable.
Found my experience with Charlie's to be very nice. They listened to what I was telling them and did everything they could to meet those needs.
I was not in the market for a new vehicle, but received a flyer from Charlies about my current vehicle and they would give me “top dollar” for it. I decided to pay them a visit to see what they could do. I looked at the same vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee) just new (2018). I didn’t expect them to make such an amazing deal!!! Everyone was kind and laid back. I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle or like they were giving me the sales pitch. The process was very simple and honest and I would definitely do business with them again!
I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue Select and Charlie's really impressed me. They made sure that all my questions were answered and never beat around the bush. They really helped me out on my finances and did better than I thought! I recommend Charlie's to all who want a wonderful experience while looking for the vehicle they desire!
