I had a couple of issues after service ... I called they got me right in and put me in a loaner at no charge ... they corrected my complaint and went above and beyond with extra services at no charge . Thank you Charlies Jeep !!!!
I went to Charlie’s feeling hopeless. I needed to somehow lower my monthly car payments. I went in and spoke with Andy and Isaac and they took such great care of me. They really listened to my needs and were very understanding knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t think I’ll buy a car anywhere else in the future. I’m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi and everything they did for me. I can’t thank them enough!

I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue and I would like to share my experience at the dealership. "Jamie, John and Randy" were very helpful and the entire experience was pretty much effortless on my part! The paperwork went very smooth and I have to say it is the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. I have had other experiences where it has taken half my day filling out paperwork! I love the new vehicle and I am very happy with the entire experience!

Very pleasant experience. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and Gabe was very patient with me, as I found myself needing a new car unexpectedly. The final price was acceptable and the future service package is much appreciated. Very happy with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus.
Service department has serious time management flaws. Twice I have been for service and have been very disappointed First visit was scheduled for 8am ( first appointment of day), rotation and oil change . They told me they were running behind, 3 hrs to be exact. They were nice enough to bring me to store . Told my husband I'd never go back. Wrong. I scheduled again for another service, 10:30 and asked to be notified of they were running behind. No call and we arrived to be told they are running an hour behind. We left. Never... read more
