We worked with Matt Child’s to purchase our new car today and we cannot say enough about him! We weren’t even expecting to make a purchase but he made it happen! I went to Charlie's because of a outstanding recommendation from someone who has bought all of their vehicle from there. Gabe, Isaac and Caleb answered all my questions, had the car (Nissan LEAF) ready for a test drive, and didn't waste my time. (I bought this car in the midst of a few weeks where I was very busy.) I got a good price (without a lot of haggling) and Zak finished all the financing paperwork with me in less than an hour. He explained all the options to me. He signed me up for the one I wanted, but didn't push me into the ones I didn't want. Everyone at Charlie's Nissan was good to deal with!
Since we moved to Maine we've done all our business with the Charlie's Honda Dealership/Service and couldn't be more pleased by how well they treat us and the quality of their work.
I bought my Kia Soul from Charlies in September 2018. I dealt with Joey and Isaac. They were both professional and kind. Joey really helped me in finding what I wanted for a vehicle which was a newer car and manually operated which can be hard to find these days. Isaac helped me with the paperwork. The whole process went smoothly. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a vehicle. They are honest and friendly and they will lead you in the right direction.
