My husband and I came to speak to a salesman that we spoke to a few days earlier to ask some questions about a vehicle and this sales manager, I believe he had a white shirt on, came over while we were speaking to this other gentleman and he had a mouthful of pretzels and he was very arrogant and rude, so we will not buy a vehicle from Charlie’s ever.

On the phone today I talk to them they said my payment would be under 425. I got there the sales guy said that it was going to be around 500 a month when we was test driving a car. Then when the finance department came into the picture it was $628. I don’t understand that I drove two hours under the pretense that I was going to buy a car for under $500 when I get down there the car the salesman told me I could buy was then $628
I traveled down from Bangor and it was definitely worth it! I had very little luck with the dealerships up here, so I scheduled to test drive a SUV with Charlie's and they were great! I ended up with a different vehicle than I had in mind, but I'm glad! They found what I needed for my growing family, and what was a right fit for me. I can't express enough how amazing they were during the process and how grateful I am that they worked with me price wise and during my search.
Went in looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and never thought I’d be leaving the parking lot within 2 hours in some new wheels! I couldn’t be happier with my Jeep, thank you thank you!!
