As a classmate to John Gallo, when I broke down in Augusta, he was the first person that came to mind. I am very glad I called him. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. When I arrived I already knew what I was looking for and John, as well, pretty much knew the car I was looking for. He brought it right over, we test drove it. Charlie's was the opposite of what I imagined- Joe Ronco was my specific salesman and he was pressure-free and super helpful.
