Bought my new 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon today. Charlie's staff was amazing to deal with. I couldn't have asked for any better service. They were extremely kind yet professional. Even while crunching numbers Zachary Williams made the process easy. Gabe was also a great salesman. I highly recommend Charlie's Dealership! Lots of Jeeps to choose from too. Thanks guys! Called Charlie's on Saturday morning. Got a call back from "Cody". I put in finance application and told him what I was looking for. I know they checked my credit bc I received alerts on my monitoring apps. But didn't know that from Charlie's because "Cody" NEVER called me back. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt so I waited a few minutes before they closed to call him back. I told him I was checking in bc I haven't heard anything for several hours. Call in as the car I bought new off the lot 2 years ago has errors about tire pressure after it jerked on the freeway this morning (not before this happened for some reason) after I get to work and doing a 360 on I-95 I call and they say to get it to then and they will give me a free rental. I get there and now it’s $40/day and they don’t know when I’ll get my car that’s under warranty back. I do not appreciate being lied to by the person I spoke to on the phone.
