Charlie's was a great place to find a rental vehicle! I was in a pinch to get a rental right away since the major car rental companies had no vehicles available for the next few days and I found Charlie's to be way better than the major rental places! It was a brand new mini-SUV with just over 1,800 miles on it and included free Sirius XM radio! Go to Charlie's, not the 'popular' major car rental companies, you won't be disappointed!

Very friendly staff! They were busy so we had a long wait and were there after closing, but the team came over repeatedly to check in and apologize for the wait. We had a great experience, and I love my new car!

I’ve never experienced such rude salesmen, they like to swindle you into things that are convenient for them, and what will make them the most money. Then they tell you that you’re approved and everything is all set just to tell you that they said that as a “conditional approval”. It’s unbelievable the lack of communication and dedication these people have. I would not recommend them to anyone and it’s sickening to think these people are still open. Fast and friendly service
Just bought a GMC Acadia from Charlies, and had a great experience! They did all the leg work for me! I told them what I was wanting in a vehicle and for how much and they sent me options! Then when it came time to sign papers they drove the vehicle and brought the paperwork right to me! I will 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!
