We went to the Kia dealer portion of Charlie's Motor Mall and we were treated with kindness and respect! They helped us make a purchase that we will be happy with! I got to the car wash about 2 minutes before it closed. The guy in front of me got out and said that he was the last one going through and it was closed after him. I called Charlie’s to let them know, and John Gallo said I should come back and that it should not have happened like that. They’re now washing and vacuuming my car by hand as I wait here. I did not expect this, it’s a great surprise. A negative experience has been once again made better by their staffs professional kindness.
Got mail today with no return address and inside was some kind of newspaper page with a bizarre sticky note on it. It appears to be an ad for some kind of car sale you are doing. It's creepy and weird and everyone I talk too tells me it comes from you and is some kind of bizarre marketing campaign. Everyone I talk too feels the same way!
