We visited Charlie"s not intending to buy that day but to browse and try out the size of a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman, Sam, was very knowledgable and helpful and not pushy at all. We have been to dealerships where they "pounce" on you and have felt very high pressured to buy right then. Not the case yesterday. Took a test drive and fell in love the the Rogue. Asked for a deal and got a wonderful one! Ended up walking out with a vehicle. Very impressed with everyone we dealt with and the services Charlie's provides.

I know my review may be taken as impartial do to the fact that I am a sales consultant at Charlies, But I think that's more reason to listen. I live an hour away and have been making this drive for going on for years, There are allot of other dealers between work ad home that I could work for. I really do want to sincerely thank you and everyone who works there! I love my new 2017 Tacoma! As a Firefighter and a First Responder, I really need a truck that could get the job done when I (or even someone else) need it the most. Everyone there was knowledgeable and really helped with my car buying process! Being 23, I realize most people my age don’t have the privilege of owning a new truck. I promise to take good care of it, and I’d highly recommend Charlie’s to anyone!
I recently bought a car from Charlie's and felt like everyone treated us very well. I wish I had taken more time a tried other cars, because I am short and am having a hard time getting in and out of the vehicle I purchased. Being in my late 70's I can't see this problem improving.
Thank you for the ease of purchasing our newer vehicle. We were on our way to another dealership when we received a call saying they had a car with all the features we wanted. We were already 100% approved and all we had to do was come and look at it and see if it's what we wanted. In less than 2 hours we left with our new SUV! Mike and Randy were great! I hope we never have to use our extended warranty, but if we do I hope for the same excellent service.
