I recently bought a car from Charlie's in Augusta (my first car, and it's also my dream car) and it was a very good experience! Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. I got a pretty good deal, and an awesome car. They even sent my mother a check for $50 for referring me! A+ service, would definitely go there again if I ever need another car (though my current plan is to be buried in the one I just bought because it's amazing). Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
I bought a Subaru Legacy on July 14th we got excellent service from Ashton.He is a very down to earth young man and very polite and not a pushy salesman.Also everyone else we dealt with was awesome as well.I hope that if I experience any problems with my car that they will be just as helpful.
If you want to get what your looking for and get what you want. See Tyler and mention Wendy Leach sent you...LOL...I'm very happy with my 2017 Nissan Rouge. I would have NEVER looked at one until I was fully educated from Tyler and his knowledge of the vehicle. Needless to say I'm very happy and happy how they worked their butts off in financing to help me work on my price and still get me out of the door at a fair amount of time.
Wouldn't go anywhere else to get a car. Thank you to all the family at Charlie's.

It was a very simple process. I was able to do most of it over the internet on my free time. Then showed up and signed a few things. The vehicle is amazing and the staff at Charlie's Jeep was as well.
This is the third trip to Charlie's. The first time I got a used 2011 Chevy Colorado a yr later I traded it in for my 2016 Jeep Patriot with 7 miles on it. This passed Saturday we traded in our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for a 2017 Jeep Renegade with 37 miles on it. Caleb didn't push us in an direction, he want us to tell him what we wanted to look at and our price range.
