I just bought my new Jeep at Charlies, and my expierience could not have been more positive. I was in and out of there in two hours, my sales rep. was super helpful, his name is James, he was patient letting me test drive several vehicles and I never felt rushed. great day to buy a new car!
My husband and I were looking for a car that fit into very specific parameters and Charlie's was able to help us find just the right car - it fit in our price range, was much newer than any car we have had since we've been married and we even got more in trade-in for our old car than we expected. Jon Krantz was very helpful and patient and we were able to take our new used car home within 24 hours.

I have bought 3 cars from Charlie's. My salesman Andy is awesome he gets 5 stars. The service department is horrible will never ever allow them to work on my Jeep again. They do work that not necessary, inspected my jeep charged me for it on Tuesday didn't mention to me that Friday's is free inspection. Don't use the oil that's recommend. Plus Hiedi at the service counter gives no customer service doesn't respond when you complain etc.... They have loss my business and it all because of Hiedi.
My husband and I could not be happier with the outcome of our purchase. We came down from bangor as we had a Horrible experience at the Quirk chevy. I'm so glad I called Charlies Dealership. The process was smooth from A to Z. They were all such a pleasure to work with Joe in sales Mike the sales Mgr were amazing! We just purchased a used Nissan pickup. Everyone at Charlie's was friendly and knowledgeable. It was one of our easier vehicle purchases. I have also had several Honda vehicles that I purchased at the Augusta dealership. Service has always been good and I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase either new or used vehicle.

I had started thinking about trading my car for an SUV. My husband and I saw the commercial for a big discount on the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokees, so we decided to check it out. Sam was our sales rep, and he was very knowledgeable about the Jeep. Charlie's gave us a fair amount for our trade, and the commercial was NOT too good to be true, so we were very happy with that. The entire transaction was fast, and we had a very good experience. Thanks, Sam, and everyone at Charlie's. We're loving our new Jeep!
