We just bought a car at Charlie's Nissan and would highly recommend! The salesman Bob Webber was so patient, likeable, friendly and gave us the freedom to test drive alone! The Sales Manager John Gallo was incredibly helpful and made us feel like our needs, wants and what we could afford was important. They worked REALLY hard to get us a great deal on the 2013 Altima we wanted and we ended up leaving the same day with our new car!!! I just bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma off a really great salesman Joe Ronco! He was super helpful and very accommodating for me my wife and my baby. I would come back again and buy another car just because of how helpful he was to me and my situation. Finance guy could take some classes from Joe on how to deal with customers but other than that it was a great place thanks again Joe!
I bought my first car here in 2001 and I would never go any where else! Best Customer Service and Best Salesman around! We were there for almost 8 hours today, minus a lunch break, and left with an awesome brand new Nissan Versa! Couldn't be Happier! My husband and I have bought several vehicles from Charlies! FAVORITE salesman is Jamie Mayo!!! No pressure, polite, and helpful!!! :) Have also had very good luck with our vehicles: 3 Jeep Wranglers, Jeep Commander, Nissan Frontier, Nissan Titan, Toyota Corolla, and a GMC Yukon!
Charlie's Family of Dealerships it's been great waiting over a month to hear back from your parts department after I was sold a car that was missing parts so that I only have half heat. It has been a great winter to be driving around with half heat and wipers that don't work if it is under a certain temp. if you use the recirculation button that does give me a little more heat but of course the car fogs up and you can't see.
