Just got off the phone with Charlies Winthrop- I spoke with the Repairs Manager Dan this morning concerning the repairs on my 2011HD Silverado. The fuel pump had rust thru and I was looking at $1000 repair bill. After discussing it with Dan he was able to go to Chevy and they are going to partial honor the warranty since the truck is only 1month and 20days out of warranty and only 41000 miles. Thanks so much Dan for you time and effort!

If there problem at or from the jeep maker go luck getting help. The light on the jeep Cherokee are no good no one made right at this company. Your lose.
We've been a Charlie's customer for over 13 years and our latest transaction was just as satisfying as the last. We purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue - loved our interaction with the knowledgeable staff and the friendly service we received. We will be back to Charlie's for our next vehicle!
A wonderful place! A few days ago I went to look at a few cars and ended up buying a 2015 Nissan Versa Note S+ Hatchback for SUPER cheap! My friend had also bought a car here at the beginning of the summer and had just as good an experience as I did. The person that helped me out the most was Joe Ronco, and he's so friendly and helpful and patient. I highly recommend Charlie's if you're looking for a car.
Hit a deer on 8/27/15 Jeep was towed in on 8/31/15 now it is 9/22/15 and still no closer to having my car back and they keep saying that I should have it in a couple days, fixing to go get it regardless of what's left almost a month is ridiculous!
You have to look out for the FINE print and make sure that you are not paying fore something more then one time. The sales person was fine but the after sales was not on the up and up.
We went looking for a 2014 or 2015 Kia Sorento with low mileage. Much to our surprise, we ended up with a 2016 Kia Sorento. We are so pleased with the deal we got, not to mention the professional staff we dealt with. The whole process was enjoyable from start to finish.
