I could not be happier with both vehicles that I have got from Charlie's. In 2014 I went to Charlie's looking to get into a newer used vehicle. After working with Jamie Mayo I ended up coming home with a brand New Toyota Camry. Two years later I decided although I loved the car I ended up with, it was best that I had something more reliable in the snow. We bought our new jeep last weekend, and had a great experience with Charlie's! Once we decided which type of jeep we wanted to go with, the sales consultant, Jon P. brought us multiple jeeps to test drive and wanted to make sure we got just what we wanted. Even in the rain he was happy to help going back and forth bring different jeeps to try! We were offered drinks and popcorn while we waited for paperwork. The sales manager, John G. Thank you so much to Jaret Hopkins and John Gallo for the excellent customer service yesterday when my husband and I came in looking for a new vehicle. I told them what I wanted and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs without feeling pressure to buy!!! I walked away with Grand Cherokee. It's a great family vehicle and my kids love it too.... Bonus!!! Thank you Charlie's for make me feel like part of the family!!

my salesman mike chapman was so thoughtful. he hooked up my phone and went through all the accessories w/ me. I love my outlander sport . what a great car so many extras. the color blue is unique. thank you so much jane burns

Look no further than Charlie's Family of Dealerships for excellent no pressure, attention to detail, and caring experience. Bought a new vehicle from them in January after ending a 15+ year relationship with a local Honda dealership that lost interest in the customer's experience. Not the closest dealership, but worth the drive in my opinion.

My fiancé and I were looking for a 7 passenger Kia Sorrento to purchase. We decide to look at what Charlie's might have and with the help of Derek and Jeff at the Kia dealership, we decided to lease a brand new 7 passenger Kia Sorrento. We love the vehicle and can't wait to load it up with 4 car seats with 4 little grandchildren in them and take off for the day!
