Overall was very satisfied with Charlie's! Only down fall was Bubba knew what I was looking for payment wise and it ended up being $100 more! And they never disclosed payment amount until I went in to sign papers!!!
Great experience. Thanks to Bubba, Mike and Randy for holding Isabella's bottle while we sighed the paperwork and getting us into a safer vehicle. Will definitely buy my next car at Charlies!
Sales manager at the Chevrolet in Winthrop was rude and disrespectful. Only cared about us signing papers that minute. We were about to sign papers until he pushed too hard about trying to talk us into going over our budget. Don't like to be jerked around with so we walked out. Would never recommend this particular place. Jeff the salesman however was a nice guy and respectful.
Salesman at Charlie's Kia was great and very knowledgable about the car I bought. What dissapointed me was the very rushed job when they reconditioned the car before the drive off. Inside of car not vaccummed very well, leaves in the trunk and many water spots on the outside. When customers buy a new car, they want it to look new when they leave with it.
Charlie's is the best! We love buying our cars from them. Andy is our Salesman and we love him. Always there for us. Answered any questions that we had. Mike with our numbers for what our payments would be and taking a Jeep right out of the showroom for me to try out. Everyone at Charlie's is so friendly. We had a great experience at Charlie's. The staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle.
I have never been so disrespected in my entire life! The sales manager was a complete jerk to me & never once even tried to make a deal with me. Instead I went to another dealer, who had the same vehicle for less! Such a joke!!
Just last year, I had purchased my third vehicle from Charlie's. This is my second JEEP from Charlie's. Sam who sold me my JEEP was great...the JEEP service team... is wonderful! Every time I visit even for just a little-thing, Doug and Darryl make me feel special; Like One of the Family! :) They take the time to explain and advise, but beyond that they LISTEN and appreciate my concerns (not that I've had many!). I'm not a mechanical type.. so I am grateful for their expertise. But here, they give HUGS too! THANKS you guys..... read more
I had no problem with this place until We took our 2yr old car in and they say we had thing wrong with it and had to replace things that We feel that shouldn't have been bad with a little over 27,000 mile on it.
